A twelve-note scale and a metered sheet music isn't capable to express the sound of “No One Noticed” with its layered vocal and inflections of electronic instruments.
Play pianissimo.
The track is transcribed in the original key, G Major, and uses extended major and minor chords Am7 D7 Gmaj7 G7. The harmony employs distantly related chord Gm extended till the seventh degree F-natural. The chord change is cyclical.
“No One Noticed” is composed with a straight rhythm in common time. Accent strong beats but do it softly.
The left-hand texture is thin and quiet.
The right hand imitates vocal delivery by The Marías' Maria: a predominant articulation is staccato. Background vocals are marked with green color. I added ossia stave for additional background vocal, don't play it on piano.
