The track is transcribed in the original key, D Minor, and uses basic major and minor chords С Am G5 F B♭. The chord change is cyclical. You can as well play them as power chords (without third degrees).
The vocals are typed one octave higher than Dexter Holland from The Offspring sings because he has a very low voice. Sing one octave lower but play at written pitch because piano sounds the best in the mid range.
“Looking Out For # 1” is composed with a straight rhythm in common time. Accent strong beats but do it softly.
The left-hand texture is thick and makes great use of the bass register. Notice tremolos in the left hand. It's tiring to play on piano.
The right hand imitates vocal delivery by Dexter Holland from The Offspring: a predominant articulation is staccato.
Pitch inflections (slurred notes) are played quietly. The backing vocal is written in the left hand or in green color. Play it very quietly.
