🎹 It is a score for piano accompanying vocal with no significant technical difficulties. Original lyrics and harmony chords are included in the sheet music. The solo version is added as a gift.
🗝️ The track is transcribed in the original key D Major (shortly modulated into C Major in the bridge).
🔠 Chords are G D Eₘ⁷. The cyclical chord change (loop) creates a backdrop against the intense melody.
The progression is static, the melody drives the composition forward, not harmony.
🔢 “Spring into Summer” is composed with a straight rhythm in the common time. Accent strong beats.
🙅🏼 Avoid learning both hands together; you will fail immediately and abandon the score.
Albeit the original recording has some acoustic piano in the background, several guitars played simultaneously are the main musical driver. I tried to combine the strumming pattern and the pretties plucks in the score. You might notice how different the solo and the duet versions are.
