More Rock and Duo Piano + Voice
Please, notice that there are two files, one for duo of piano and voice and one for solo piano.
It took me around one hour to transcribe every eight measures of the track. I won't do a Piano + Voice transcription for Sleep Token never again, only easy piano solos. I was hoping the piano part repeats itself in the second verse and chorus, but it does not! Every single measure is different.
The track is transcribed in the original key, F Minor.
The chords progression could be barely heard.
“Caramel” is composed with straight rhythm in common time. Accent strong beats.
Avoid learning both hands together in the very beginning; you will fail immediately and abandon the score.
I wrote the note names in the DUO file for the sixth and seventh octaves, isn't it easy to sightread? If you analyze the score you can see that the piano riff in the right hand is simple: it is arpeggiated chords with random notes lifted one or two octaves higher. There are some non-harmonic tones used in these arpeggios later in the track which makes learning the score even harder.
The predominant vocal articulation is tenuto. I added the growled part on the ossia stave, don't play it on piano.
The second verse ends with vocal running on the chorus.
Much of the song’s aesthetic value is generated through simplicity of the melody that sounds authentic and sincere mixed with dissonant and intense development.
